KAPSUL, founded by Geoffrey and Sakura, is a house built to support creators whose work carries something that cannot be simplified. We exist for projects with an inner logic — where form follows necessity, and where time, craft, and thought leave an irreversible trace.
We operate as a contemporary house of support. Under one roof, concept, strategy, film, product, retail, and digital environments come together — not as isolated services, but as practices guided by a single question: what does this project truly need to remain itself?
Our philosophy is clear: what is authentic stands because it is precise. What endures does not rely on noise, trends, or market shortcuts. We work slowly when it matters, and we refuse speed when it compromises meaning.
KAPSUL works with a limited number of projects at a time. We take brands under our wing and help them grow with care — shaping identity, image, product, space, and global positioning.
